17th Annual Western Migrant Stream Forum
January 25, 2008

The 17th Annual Western Migrant Stream Form will be held January 25 – 27, 2008 in Spokane, Washington. The theme of this year’s conference is “Migrant Health’s 45th Anniversary: Commemorating the Past, Sowing Seeds for the Future/Conmemorando el Pasado, Plantando las Semillas Para el Futuro.”

The Western Migrant Stream Forum (WMSF), produced by the Northwest Regional Primary Care Association in partnership with the Health Resources and Services Administration, Bureau of Primary Health Care and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is one of three nationally recognized migrant health forums held each year. The WMSF allows clinicians, administrators, researchers, health educators, lay health workers, and students from throughout the West to attend innovative workshops and trainings related to the health care of migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families.
