Current as of May 13, 2010 CPCA is an active and strong advocate in state legislative policy. During a two-year session, CPCA sponsors various pieces of legislation designed to protect the viability of California's Community Clinics and Health Centers, as well as to enhance their mission to serve the millions of patients that walk through their doors. Additionally, CPCA analyzes and takes positions on numerous non-sponsored legislation that tangentially affect our members. Both sponsored and non-sponsored legislation positions are determined by CPCA's large and diverse Legislative Committee and Board of Directors.
