NEW! CPCA Geographic Mapping Service
Welcome to CPCA’s new GIS Mapping Service (GMS) for Community Health Centers and Clinics. The GMS, as we are calling it, is specifically designed to assist community health center and clinic personnel in an emergency. Use the dropdown box at the top of the map to locate clinics or community health centers by zip code, city, or county. Next, use the filters immediately under the map to determine what resources you need to find. The GMS can be a valuable tool for finding clinic and community health center resources throughout the state ranging from personnel trained in ICS to languages spoken in a particular clinic to the types of communication devices available in a clinic system.
