NACHC's goal is to show every policymaker, and every American, that protecting and investing in Health Centers is a solution to many of the problems that still face the future of healthcare in America.
The Advocacy Network expands on the work CPCA’s Health Care Ambassador Program which was created back when the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was signed into law in 2010. It works to build the grassroots arm of organizations providing information and educational materials to health center staff and advocates in an effort to empower those in the communities in which they serve.
As we all work to ensure that as many people as possible are able to benefit from greater access to health care coverage made possible by the Affordable Care Act, it remains key to CPCA’s mission that those who are categorically excluded from the full range of available health care benefits—in particular, recent lawfully present immigrants and the undocumented—are still able to get the care they need.
Voter registration is a fundamental way in which to be engaged in the decisions being made at the local, state and federal level on your behalf. CPCA is currently working with the regional consortia to put together a tool-kit for voter registration.
CPCA would like to offer this resource page which will provide updates and resources available for your continuous engagement in voter registration.
