The California Primary Care Association would like to invite you to be part of the second annual Health Information and Technology Summit.  This program has been specifically designed for Chief Information Officers, IT Directors, and CCHC Executives from across the state to bring together community clinics and health centers at varying levels of HIT adoption.   Speakers will include experts in improving access to and quality of healthcare through technology, as well as clinic “HIT champions” who will share stories and tools from the front lines of implementation.  In addition, scheduled networking opportunities will be available with ample time for attendees to meet sponsors and exhibitors located throughout the event.

Training objective
This two-day summit is designed to spread “best practices” within the CCHC environment by offering workshop sessions focused on Telehealth/Telemedicine, EMR/EHR Adoption, Strategic Technology, Operational Implementation, HIPPA/Security, and Meaningful Use.

Who should attend?
Chief Information Officers, IT Directors, and CCHC executives from across the state in order to bring together clinics at varying levels of HIT adoption.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund of your registration fee, CPCA must receive your written cancellation notice one week prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be offered for cancellations after the cancellation date. Registrations may be transferred to another individual by written request up to the day of the event. Walk-in substitutes must notify staff at registration who they are replacing. No shows are responsible for payment of registration fees and are not eligible for refund.
