> Training & Technical Assistance Program
It is the goal of the CPCA Training and Technical Assistance Program to enhance community clinic and health centers' (CCHCs) capacity and competitiveness through trainings and technical assistance. Integrating practical, strategic, and relational skill building will increase CCHCs' abilities to respond to and evolve within the ever-changing health care environment. CPCA sponsors a variety of trainings throughout the year and also co-sponsors trainings with federal and state organizations and CPCA regional associations. In addition, CPCA offers extensive technical assistance subsequent to a sponsored training or in conjunction with the wide range of CPCA projects and staff expertise. Examples of these projects and expertise include: chronic disease management; legal consultation; media advocacy; information systems and data related users groups; and public charge clarifications.
