calChat, a service of the California Primary Care Association (CPCA), highlights the quality of work and level of care California’s community health centers (CHCs) offer in their neighborhoods. These videos aim to provide viewers with a deeper understanding of the care team within a health home and how their services extend beyond primary care; they will also feature various partners who serve our CHCs and highlight the services and technology they offer in order to enhance the quality of care being offered to the patients and their families. CPCA seeks to inform, inspire, and facilitate discussions about public health care in California.
