CPCA conducts multiple conferences and summits throughout the year. Are you interested in speaking at one of them? Our call for presenters process allows anyone to submit a proposal for any of our events. All submissions are vetted through a planning group for each conference, and submission deadlines vary.

The Western Clinicians Network in conjunction with CPCA have partnered to host the three-day 2020 Region IX Clinical Excellence Conference . This annual event brings together healthcare leadership from across the region to focus on health center clinical and executive leadership teams with the goal of improving overall efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery. With education sessions geared towards both clinical and administrative leadership, attendees convene each year to use this annual event to network and discover new opportunities in all areas of primary health care.

Who Attends: Over 150 Clinicians, Executive Directors, State and Regional Primary Care partners, and Board members from community and migrant health centers from Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and the Pacific Islands.

Deadline for submissions: Friday, January 10, 2020
Incomplete submissions or submissions with speakers listed as TBD will not be considered by the planning committee.

If your workshop is selected, up to three facilitators/speakers total per workshop will receive discounted registration for the conference, reimbursement for one night of hotel at the conference negotiated rate, and up to $150 in additional travel costs.

Billing Managers Conference (May 5-6, 2020 / Resort at Squaw Creek)

The Billing Managers Conference is an intensive event that aims to provide educational and networking opportunities for community health center billing managers, patient account managers, and CFOs. Sessions are uniquely designed to be audience-driven with ample time for participants to ask questions, and its goal is to help prepare billing managers in effectively handling the upcoming changes impacting billing processes and the potential challenges that their billing staff will face in the coming years.

CFO Conference (May 7-8, 2020 / Resort at Squaw Creek)
The CFO Conference is specifically designed to bring together health centers to improve the quality of financial information and systems by providing opportunities for skill enhancement and networking. Held annual, this event provides a platform to exchange information, problem solve, and gain knowledge through training. This is a great opportunity to network with key finance staff from health centers and support the financial growth of those serving our most vulnerable populations.

Who Attends: Community health center CFOs, Finance Directors, Billing Managers, Patient Account Managers and health center Executives from across the state

Deadline for submissions: Friday, January 17, 2020

If your panel is selected, up to 3 members of the panel will receive discounted registration for the conference, reimbursement for 1 night of hotel stay at the CPCA negotiated rate (plus taxes and fees), and up to $150 in additional travel fees. No other stipends are available.
