Thanks to support from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), CPCA is pleased to host the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Virtual Training Program around Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition for HRSA Region 9.

REGISTRATION POLICY: Only two staff members per organizations will be permitted to register for the NCQA PCMH Virtual Training Program. Additional staff members will be removed. Registration will only be offered to HRSA grantees in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada and the Pacific Islands. This includes community health centers and school-based and tribal programs that are part of HRSA grantee organizations. Registration will also be offered to Primary Care Association (PCA) and Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) staff.

Medical Assistant+ is a six-month training and retention program that is a combination of online and in-person trainings that help build the necessary skills a successful MA team requires -- guiding them towards career advancement and certification.
PCMH+ is a virtual training series intended to support community health centers build capacity to apply for and achieve national PCMH recognition. The goal of PCMH+ is to provide an educational program available to health centers who would like to enhance their practice transformation capability to become a true patient centered health home and deliver high quality health care to patients when they need it, in a matter they can understand.
The nine-month blended learning program supports the unique training and staff development needs of CHCs to build the fundamental skills and infrastructure necessary to adapt and position themselves for current and future value-based care delivery.
