Health centers are on the front lines of COVID-19; showing resiliency and innovation as clinics are changing the way care has been traditionally provided in a matter of weeks. As health centers shift to using new forms of technology, for telephonic and virtual visits, it’s been increasingly challenging to maintain access and quality in this new environment. This includes providing virtual behavioral health services to children during the pandemic.
This session will guide discussion, questions, and answers on the new areas of challenges for telebehavioral health services with children. This session will create a space to hear from other health centers and offer guidance on opportunities and creative solutions to support health centers in providing the best care in this uncertain time.
To submit your questions before hand, please email Charlotte Reische at creische@cpca.org. Please note: The material and recording will be available within 24 hours of the webinar.
