ABOUT THE SURVEY

The annual CPCA Compensation and Benefits Survey is a valuable informational tool for community health centers. The survey allows for a comprehensive regional and statewide employment comparison report, allowing healthcare organizations to compare their various positions with statewide and regional data. The report includes detailed information that will allow your organization to compare executive, clinical, and administrative positions. In addition, the report allows for specific visibility of market trends in the healthcare field within California.

Health centers that participate receive a complimentary copy of the statewide report, in addition to an individual report that will show their compensation data compared to the whole sample, their consortium, their region and operating budget group. The final report will be available for purchase by non-participants on the CPCA website when it is released.

The California Primary Care Association (CPCA) and Gallagher Surveys would like to invite you to participate in the 2017 CPCA Compensation and Benefits Survey. To participate in the survey, log in with your username and password to access the questionnaire.

Please complete the survey by August 31, 2017.

Passwords, which are unique to your organization, were sent to CEOs, CFOs, and Human Resource Directors of all California Health Centers. If you need to retrieve your health center's personalized password, please contact Bao Xiong at bxiong@cpca.org.

We recommend reviewing the SURVEY OUTLINE  to collect all of the requested data in advance of completing the online survey.

To facilitate the process, CPCA hosted a webinar on July 26th where we explained the automated survey tool, instructions for completing the survey, and why it’s absolutely vital for your health center to take part in the survey.
