Payers are requiring clinics to follow up with the members in a proactive approach to patient’s health.
In this session we will demonstrate the Patient Enrollment Manager and NextGen Care. Two solutions that when paired together can help your organization meet these requirements.
The Patient Enrollment Manager will help manage incoming patient rosters from payers due to inefficiencies and significant manual manipulation and tracking.
NextGen Care offers two starter components for population health, fully integrated into the EHR workflow: a hub for inactive population cohort management and an automated Patient Engagement outreach engine.
