Implementing Team Care for Perinatal Depression

The collaborative care model of integrated behavioral health is an evidence-based approach to care that improves women’s mental health outcomes while reducing provider burnout. In this webinar we will review the key elements of this model and an implementation approach. This targets improving mental health for mothers and their children. With suicide a leading cause of maternal mortality, this approach is aligned with the California efforts to improve perinatal mental health.

  • Learn about the collaborative care model for perinatal depression; 
  • Be able to describe the key steps to implementation of the collaborative care model; and, 
  • Learn about the billing codes available to support the collaborative care model.

Cancellation Policy:  No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after October 17, 2019.

To receive a refund, all cancellations must be in writing and must be received by emailing training@cpca.org according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellations received on or before 20 business days of the event will result in a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received on or before 10 business days of the event will result in a 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received on or before 5 business days of the event will result in a 25% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after 5 business days before the event.
  • Cancellations after the conclusion of the event are non-refundable.
  • Substitutions are encouraged.
  • “No Shows” are non-refundable.
