Aligning Provider Compensation To Health Center Goals

This 60-minute webinar will explore market trends and best practices in physician and advanced practice provider (APP) compensation plan design. We will draw on examples working with other community health center clients in order to highlight the opportunities and challenges associated designing a compensation plan that will support the health center's recruitment and retention efforts, alignment of compensation to health center mission and goals, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and financial stability.

  • National trends in physician and APP compensation, and how community health centers compare.
  • Market best practice considerations for provider compensation plan design to ensure competitiveness and regulatory compliance.

Cancellation Policy:  No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after Thursday, July 10, 2018.

To receive a refund, all cancellations must be in writing and must be received by emailing training@cpca.org according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellations received on or before 20 business days of the event will result in a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received on or before 10 business days of the event will result in a 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received on or before 5 business days of the event will result in a 25% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after 5 business days before the event.
  • Cancellations after the conclusion of the event are non-refundable.
  • Substitutions are encouraged.
  • “No Shows” are non-refundable.
