The Financial Conference has been specifically designed to bring together financial and operations staff from health centers to improve the quality of financial information and systems. This event offers networking and learning focused on concepts and innovations with the goal of providing a well-rounded experience for health center leadership teams and staff as well as practical and multi-disciplinary solutions to implement within their health centers.

Health Center Billing Managers, Revenue Cycle Managers and Directors, Patient Account Managers, Front Desk Staff, CFOs, Finance Directors, Billing Managers, Controllers, Human Resources Professionals, Recruiters, COOs, Chief Administrative Officers, and health center Executives and stakeholders.

BILLING MANAGERS TRACK

For community clinic and health center billing managers, patient account managers, and RCM leaders, these sessions prepare billing managers and related staff to effectively handle upcoming changes impacting billing processes and potential challenges that billing staff will face in the near future.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICERS TRACK

For CFOs, finance directors, and community health center executives from across the state, this track focuses on improving the quality of financial information and systems in health centers by providing opportunities for skill enhancement and networking, an exchange of information, problem-solving, and training.

WORKFORCE TRACK

For staff involved in workforce issues, this track will incorporate compensation and benefits, employee recruitment, retention, and engagement, and other critical aspects of comprehensive health center financial sustainability, as well as strategic sessions on optimizing workforce investments.
