In an effort to streamline the way we collect, track, and respond to questions and technical assistance requests from members, we are conducting a pilot project with a new web-based form for submitting questions to CPCA staff. The pilot involves only a few staff and will inform our decision to use this method going forward into the next quarter of our grant year.
