Compensation & Benefits Survey — Request for Proposals
CPCA is seeking proposals from qualified firms for consulting services to conduct a statewide community health centers compensation and benefits survey. Our survey objective is to provide community health centers with a strategic management tool that informs and strengthens their compensation and benefits strategy.
We invite consulting firms to review CPCA’s COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SURVEY Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit a proposal through the submission link below. Additional information describing the project need, timeline, requirements, and submission instructions are included in RFP.
Submission Requirements
Submission Deadline: May 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST. Proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements and time frames provided in the RFP.
