Increasingly, community health center financial staff are playing a key role in developing and implementing strategies within their organizations, and partnering with CEOs to creatively design growth opportunities for the future. Successful financial leadership requires a deeper understanding of health center strategy, increased leadership skills, and an ability to effectively communicate financial insight and knowledge to non-financial colleagues.
FinancialManagement+ has been designed for chief financial officers and other current and emerging leaders in health center finance. Through 12 live online learning sessions, Cohort 4 participants will learn from leading experts on key competencies related to health center financial management. Participants will also benefit from peer-to-peer dialogue through regular breakout discussions and facilitated reflection activities.

Non-Member Health Center: $3,500
Program payment is due upon registration. Cost does not include travel to the optional in-person opening session in La Jolla, CA in May 2022. Participant is responsible for making travel arrangements.
