In an attempt to mitigate risks of COVID-19 spread in prisons, the state is planning to facilitate early releases for several thousand people. During this time, Transitions Clinic Network (TCN) is looking to partner with allied clinics throughout California to make sure everyone can receive care. In this "Office Hours" with TCN we will review the state's plan for early release, describe TCN's approach to create a "hub" to centralize referrals, and talk about how clinics can partner to provide access for formerly incarcerated patients returning to their communities.

Please come prepared to ask questions and discuss how the state and individual clinics could support with additional capacity. Contact Allie Budenz in advance of the webinar for any questions.
