The success and vitality of community health centers is dependent upon their capacity to attract and develop human resources that are dedicated to the provision of care, as well as leadership and governance of these care systems. This 60-minute webinar will examine practical insights into the unique challenges, strategies and structures needed to recruit, onboard and develop talent among community health center providers, leaders, and board members.
