OVERVIEW:
Current and estimated healthcare workforce shortages are evolving the role Human Resources (H.R.) professionals play to meet the demand of health centers. These individuals not only build and retain the workforce, but also implement management strategies that allow health centers to become adaptive and resilient to industry trends. Through the HR Peer Network, CPCA offers its members the opportunity to collaborate amongst each out to create networks that address the evolving health center workforce shortage.
GOALS:
The Human Resources Peer Network aims to provide a space where H.R. professionals can connect with fellow peers to raise questions, share best practices, and build supportive networks.
