This prerecorded webcast spotlights a collaborative initiative in Los Angeles, where a dynamic partnership between a health center and a community-based organization addresses food insecurity through Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and collaborative service coordination. HOW TO ACCESS THE COURSE
After registering, login to your account at www.cpca.org and navigate to the My Profile menu then click the red 
View My Courses  button on the Training Portal tab in your account. Your web browser will automatically direct you to your student dashboard and you will find the course module.
