This invite is not shareable/transferrable and is strictly intended for members who have taken an official OPPOSE position.

WHO IS INVITED?
- Only those CPCA members who have officially OPPOSED the Ballot Initiative targeting community health centers.
- Two (2) representatives maximum per member organization - while CEOs are encouraged to attend, if they are unable, another staff member is welcome to attend in their place.
- Registration will be first-come as space will be limited at each session.
- Members are welcome to attend whichever session works best for them and are not required to attend in the region where their clinic is located.
- If you know any colleagues that are interested in attending but have not yet endorsed, please ask them to follow up with Aref Aziz.

- Located on the 2nd floor. Either elevator will take you up and no access card is required.
- When you exit the elevator on the second floor, you will see a door with a Prudential sign. Head toward that direction - the office is down the hall next to the women's restroom.
PARKING
Guests are welcome to park in the lot directly in front of the building (the Prospect Medical Building). Parking is available in any space except those marked "Reserved".
