• Increases the use of telehealth to support access to, and delivery of, mental health and substance use disorder treatment services across sites through Certintell's web-based software. Health Centers do not have to purchase extra equipment and can use their own standard computers while patients can access the portal through their smart phones via the Certintell App.
• Integrates with current EMR/PM to enhance documentation to support telehealth patient visits.
•  Enhances operational and clinical workflows to support the use of health IT to improve the effectiveness of mental health and substance abuse services and increases patient engagement and self-management via Certintell's SEcure Messaging engagement functionality.
• Provides training and educational resources to personnel, patients, families, and communities on trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and opiod abuse, including the use of live and virtual self-management resources through videos and other resources embedded in the application.
