This survey, launching in partnership with Elevation Health Partners (EHP), aims to understand California’s health center workforce priorities, challenges, and needs while identifying strategies to turn health centers into employers of choice. Survey participation is crucial to ensure clinics across the state have access to a shared resource reflective of market trends while also providing a tool that strengthens a clinic’s workforce and becoming a stronger employer of choice.
