This webinar will provide health centers with a deeper dive into the development of virtual care teams to deliver primary care visits, using virtual options as a vehicle to provide those patients unable to come into the clinic. In this webinar, you will have the opportunity to learn from three different clinics about what worked, and did not work, for them as they transitioned from in-person to virtual visits. The discussion will focus on the process in developing the teams, what the makeup of the teams are, along with any staff re-purposing executed to make the transition successful. Additionally, the speakers will cover any training fro staff or the transition process used to engage providers and staff in becoming versed in the virtual care visit along with any tips they feel are directly linked.

- Learn 3 tips from peers about how to transition staff from in-person to virtual care;
- Learn how other clinics repurposed staff to move to virtual care; and,
- Hear 3 examples of how clinics provided training or engaged providers and staff in becoming well versed.
