ABOUT

Community health centers (CHCs) are rooted in the communities they serve and are a trusted source of care for anyone who walks through their doors. As such, CHCs are critical drivers of community health and well-being, engaging patients, providers, partners, and stakeholders in innovative ways to provide high quality care. This annual event honors and champions the cause of “healthcare for all,” the driving value behind the model of care that health centers are carrying forward into the future of community health. CPCA provides this annual informative and empowering program for our membership, partners, and collaborators to enable attendees to learn from one another and honor those who have been instrumental through the year in addressing the serious healthcare concerns facing California's uninsured and underserved communities.
