CareMessage's webinar explores key trends and evolving priorities in patient engagement. As we move into the next phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing health center customers focused on:
Digitalization of healthcare- prioritizing necessary digitalization of our clinics, while maintaining patient trust and human connection
Health equity- addressing gaps in care and acting on needs related to social determinants of health
Care team burnout- providing needed support and efficient workflows, especially related to chronic care management

Caremessage will discuss how their customer, Alliance Medical Center, are using CareMessage functionality to help address these priorities. Alliance Medical Center will share their experiences, the successes they’ve seen, and actionable best practices in patient engagement.

Cancellation Policy: Effective 11/1/21 - No refunds will be available for cancellations that are received within 10 business days before the start date of the event/training. To receive a maximum refund of 50% of the registration price prior to this deadline, all cancellations must be in writing and submitted by emailing training@cpca.org. Substitutions of registrations in lieu of cancellation is encouraged.
