Increasing Community Health Center Workforce Well-being

The COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing changes created by this changing environment has challenged everyone’s capacity, resiliency, and capacity to quickly recover. Workforce well-being is a priority for many healthcare organizations. However, the rollout of different wellbeing initiatives has varied effects and many organizations seek a strategy on how to address staff burnout. This webinar will provide an overview on the impact of burnout and organizational strategies for preventing it and building resiliency and share first-hand experience and best practices in implementing organizational wellbeing initiatives.
