2022 Compensation &Benefits Survey: Learn How to Participate

DATE:  August 23rd, 2022
TIME:  12:00pm-1:00pm

CPCA has partnered with Gallagher Surveys to administer our annual Compensation and Benefits Survey that collects detailed information on executive, clinical, and administrative positions for California's primary care clinics. Health centers that participate receive a complimentary copy of the statewide trends report, a detailed compensation report broken down by data sets, an individualized report that outlines your compensation data against similarly-sized clinics, AND access to a new customizable compensation benchmarking portal.

Join us for this 60-minute webinar to understand how your teams can submit responses, important deadlines, and why health center participation is absolutely vital. Our guest speakers will provide recommendations for data collection and highlight shortcuts that can expedite the submission process.
