CPCA Medi-Cal Health Navigator Project Application

The California Primary Care Association (CPCA) is launching a CPCA Medi-Cal Health Enrollment Navigators Project (Navigators Project) alongside the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) that will award $17.75 million to subcontractors for work completed between December 1, 2023 and June 30, 2025. The funding is dedicated to community health centers (CHCs) and regional clinic associations that will assist with Medi-Cal outreach, enrollment, outreach, renewal, utilization, and troubleshooting efforts across California. 

This webinar will provide an overview of the Navigator Project, including the two-part application process, timelines, allowable activities, etc. Part one of the application will open shortly after this webinar, so don't miss this opportunity to learn more about this important funding opportunity. There is no registration fee for this event due to association with CPCA Navigator Program, which will offer funding to community health centers and consortia for navigator services.

Register button, answer any questions that appear on the screen and click Save Responses. Continue scrolling to the bottom of the page and click Proceed to Checkout. Lastly, complete all payment details and click, Submit

CPCA provides training and education to community health centers for general illustration and instructional purposes.
