CPCA's Quality & Technology Conference is designed to disseminate best practices and share innovative projects that directly support health information technology implementation, quality improvement, compliance, and practice transformation efforts. This event will feature educational sessions on compliance, quality improvement, and technology. General keynote speakers will address important topics such as patient engagement, quality assurance, quality improvement, data collection and analytics, and the strategic use of technology to support the overall practice of effectiveness.
Both IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL registration options are available. By registering for In-Person, you agree to abide by CPCA's new COVID-19 Policy and Vaccination Requirement detailed below. More information about the Virtual Conference will be coming soon.
Your well-being is CPCA’s top priority. Below is an overview of CPCA’s policies and procedures in place to protect your health and peace of mind as you attend our scheduled 2022 in-person conferences.
New: Vaccination Requirement
CPCA will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all participants attending our in-person conferences.
Unvaccinated Individuals Can Participate Virtually
You can still participate in the 2022 Quality & Technology Conference by registering for the digital option. CPCA is doing a pilot of a hybrid conference model to gauge our participants’ interest and offer an option for those who are not vaccinated and/or do not wish to attend in-person. More information on our virtual option will be coming out soon!
Sponsors, Exhibitors and Vendors
Sponsors, Exhibitors and vendors contracting directly with CPCA will also need to provide proof of vaccination to participate in the 2022 Quality & Technology Conference.
CPCA has adopted business operations guidelines that are designed to protect the health and safety of everyone who participates in our in-person events. To that end, we will only work with hotels that are fully compliant with current COVID-19 rules and regulations. In the future, CPCA will give preference to hotels that adopt mandatory vaccination policies for staff and guests. For now, we will continue to evaluate what is needed to ensure you are comfortable and all safety precautions are met. We will keep all participants updated as we get closer to the event and will update this section with more information as it becomes available.

An outside firm has been making fraudulent claims that they are either (1) working on behalf of CPCA (2) representatives from a reservations company or convention housing services or (3) staff from a hotel venue. They have been calling or emailing exhibitors and sponsors asking them to book rooms through them. They may leave a phone number for you to call back. They also request that you provide your credit card and personal information claiming that the hotel room rate has dropped, the rooms may be running out and must be booked ASAP, and claiming that rooms are sold out and would like to assist you with booking at another hotel. If you receive a call, please notify CPCA by contacting us at (916) 440-8170 or firstname.lastname@example.org. CPCA does not contract with outside agencies to book reservations for conference attendees.
Advance registration is required for all CPCA training and events. In order to ensure you receive all important communications and materials which may be made available in advance, please register before Tuesday, February 8, 2022. All registrations after this date will have to be processed on-site at the registration booth.
No refunds will be available for cancellations received on or after Tuesday, February 8, 2022. To receive a maximum refund of 50% of the registration price prior to this deadline, all cancellations must be in writing and submitted by emailing email@example.com. Substitutions of registrations in lieu of cancellation is encouraged.
