Patient portals are a regularly talked about technology, but how can organizations get the most use out of their portal by boosting patient engagement? By understanding the growing popularity of patient portals, their uses and great benefits, providers can better leverage them to increase patient engagement and, in turn, promote business evolution and productivity. This webinar is designed to provide background and strategies to maximize patient engagement while leveraging the use of different patient engagement technologies such as patient portal, direct messaging texting, and reminders. A well implemented set of patient engagement tools can drive patient ownership, enhance care delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and drive outcomes.
